Mixed Media on Raw Canvas (Spray Paint, Tape, Oil, Oil Pastels, Acrylic)
A large abstract work on unstretched canvas using layered media to create depth and contrast. Soft acrylic and oil washes form the base, disrupted by sharp tape lines, spray paint textures and oil pastel. The piece, made on the day of Hecate, is inspired by the balance of control and disorder, light and dark.
Mixed media abstract featuring layered blues, aquas, and silvers. Elements include an abstract waterfall, rain droplets, and circular forms. Materials used: acrylic, charcoal, water, oil, oil pastels, and spray paint. Focus on fluid motion and contrast through texture and shape.
Liquid Orchid explores the connection between color, texture, and emotion. Using deep tones of pink, maroon, black, red, and white, the piece creates a dynamic surface that suggests softness and tension. The layered brushstrokes capture a moment of transformation — somewhere between stillness and movement, vulnerability and expression. Bold yet intimate, the work reflects on the body, sensation, and the intensity of fleeting moments.
